Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Domestic Crate! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return. Return policies for specific items that are eligible for return will be provided in the product description.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@domesticcrate.com to request a return authorization.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like to return an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Returns are accepted only for select products and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for items, including different sizes or colors. 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send the correct item at no additional cost.
