- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-18 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery location.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and delivery location.
Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address. Orders over CAD/USD $150 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is in transit.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our carrier's website.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Each order will have its own shipping charges and delivery timeframes.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Domestic Crate only ships to United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Domestic Crate is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
